Profiled screensDoors are manufactured from properly cut steel profiles, which form the frame. Sometimes extra horizontal or vertical crossarms are added. The profiles are welded together. Cavities among profiles are usually filled with fireproof glass or opaque panels, such as GKF panels, thicker than 12.5 mm, covered with 1 mm steel sheets. We can also offer inwards opening doors – in this case strips, holding the glass, are on the same side of the door as the hinges. Casings are manufactured from enclosed steel profile, fixed to the masonry by crossbars. Cavities among wall and frame are filled with mineral wool, covered with daub or dry daub. The glass is fitted into properly formed profile and pressed with special strip. A ceramic intermediate is fitted among glass and steel. Fireproof glass packets can also be used. Special tracks are formed in steel profiles, trey are used to fit rubber strips and limiters. Intermediates tighten the structure and reduce noise made by closing doors. Optionally a step intermediate or automatically blocking plate can be installed, designed to stop smoke from spreading. The hinges are manufactured from steel. They are welded to metal frames. Every standard door sits on two hinges. Usually the door is painted with powder paint according to RAL palette, regarding the needs of our costumer. |
